We have used BTU for about 3 years now. We previously employed a “one man band” but unfortunately whilst there was no problem with servicing the pool and various other minor tasks, he would often have to sub-contract to carry out the larger works which lead to increased costs and longer lead times. I had BTU recommended from a friend and learned that they have a workforce of over 10 engineers and have had several projects carried out since including a slatted cover which was installed quickly and without fuss. Very happy with the cover and BTU in general

We have been with BTU for 25 years. There are many pool companies closer to us but we have never felt the need to look elsewhere.
